Im abit sceptic, its just something about you that,, hmm I don't know,
Well I know we are in need of one elemantal shaman kinda and we need one or more resto shamans.
Tho I don't really understand why you changed realm.. because of your GF?...
You have pretty nice experinced, but you didn't really answer one thing, when you said if you willing to respec , you said something about it was fine in your last guild, those that mean you wont respec if the CL ask you to? if you wont respec even if class leader ask you to, I give you the thumbs down.

Guessing he left relm becouse he was in the same guild as he GF and that caused some problems.
or even in the same Relm may cause problem.... is she was a Mage an he was a warrior she would sheep mob and he would Rend sheep mobs......but he's a SHAMAN!....
Nice application, if you had some problem with your ex on your previous relm i understand that you moved.
